Cheesy Cauliflower Au Gratin

 Prep: 10 min.     Total: 28 min.

  • 1 cups cauliflower florets (1lb.)
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 3 oz. Velveeta Light Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese product, cut up
  • ¾ cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Post Toasties Corn Flakes
  • ¼ cup Planters Sliced Almonds
  • 3 oz. Crispy Fried Onion

PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.  Place cauliflower in 8- or 9-inch square glass baking dish.  Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.

SPRINKLE with nutmeg.  Top with Velveeta and shredded cheese.  Sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients.

BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until topping is golden brown.

Right before serving, sprinkle 3 oz. Crispy Fried Onions over top.

Makes 6 servings. ½ cup each.
