Cheesy Cauliflower Au Gratin

- 1 cups cauliflower florets (1lb.)
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 oz. Velveeta Light Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese product, cut up
- ¾ cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Post Toasties Corn Flakes
- ¼ cup Planters Sliced Almonds
- 3 oz. Crispy Fried Onion

PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Place cauliflower in 8- or 9-inch square glass baking dish. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
SPRINKLE with nutmeg. Top with Velveeta and shredded cheese. Sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients.
BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until topping is golden brown.
Right before serving, sprinkle 3 oz. Crispy Fried Onions over top.
Makes 6 servings. ½ cup each.
